Founder Melissa Cowley Wolf  is an advisor, coach, strategist, author, speaker, and wellness practitioner working at the intersection of philanthropic strategy and organizational wellness.

She has over 20 years of experience in philanthropy, leadership coaching, and strategic & campaign planning. Melissa has worked on campaigns up to $4 Billion alongside internationally renowned cultural, corporate, and academic leaders, philanthropists, collectors, and artists.

As an advisor and advocate dedicated to re-imagining and democratizing cultural philanthropy to better engage diverse generations and audiences, she was named a Global Innovator Transforming the Art Industry. 

Melissa is also the director of the Arts Funders Forum (AFF), an advocacy, media, convening, and research platform designed to increase private support for the arts and develop new models of impact-driven financial support for the cultural sector. AFF’s original research and convening programs are internationally regarded and implemented to upgrade cultural investment practices.

Her work and writing have been profiled in The New York Times, Financial Times, Inside Philanthropy, The Chronicle of Philanthropy, The Art Newspaper, Artnet News, Museum Magazine (AAM), the International Family Offices Journal, and more. She is a certified yoga, pranayama, and meditation instructor (RYT 200); a member of the World Economic Forum Arts & Culture Global Solidarity Network; a consultant for IPM Advancement and Wolf Management Consultants, LLC; and a frequent international speaker on cultural philanthropy and strategy, individual/organizational wellness, and next gen trends. Melissa has lived, studied, practiced, and worked across the U.S., EU, and Africa.
